there's TOO much changes with PureCatalyst.
from the moment i stepped into it till now.
first was our commission,
next was connected calls,
then now to our basic pay.
it's lucky that most of them left.
if not there's more torture coming on.


but looking in other way,
just like MARK one of my Philippino friends.
it's quite disheartening when they wanna ask him to leave.
where can he go? he is not holding PR pass.
it's so hard for him to look for another job.
so pity him but all i can do is to help him find one.

other than work, is still work!
