today i met a customer who is very 正义.
he was super super nice!
not bad looking somemore.
but too bad, his gf was beside him.


the incident is like this.
i was serving the couple in the early afternoon.
they were looking for handbag for the guys' mom.
so i introduced some suitable handbags.
then they said they will consider and will look for me if they want.


when they came back and take different looks of other bags.
i was busy serving other customer.
then the BOSS (auntie) approach them.
so yahhh!~
then auntie serve them then they consider again.


finally they make the decision.
the guy went up to me and told me he wanted the bag i introduced.
then the auntie came up and say "OH! NEW ONE HUH? OKOK!"
when auntie went into the storeroom and took out the new bag..
the guy ask me whether we have commission or is combine la.
then i told him "we have commission but nevermind, cux the auntie like to snatch other people customer and i'm used to it alr."


there comes my small boss (ivy)..
immediately after i saw ivy coming over,
i told the guy don say alr, cux my boss is here la.
then auntie took out the bag but the guy gf want to see another pair.
so at that time when taking another bag the guy told ivy about it.


when the guy was paying for the bag.
ivy asked me whether it was my customer.
and i say YES!
but nevermind cux auntie take alr.
then she says now the customer say the commission should be your's.
so i should go and pack another bag.


then auntie was very furious and kept complaining about it.
and this beloved small boss which is also her daughter scolded her!
wohoooo!~


i'm happy not because the daughter scolded her of snatching my customer.
i'm happy is because finally someone sees the auntie bad.
and help me achieved my DESERVED commission.
now she feels the ANGER.
i just wish to tell her straight into her face.
"this is how we feel when you snatch our customer!"
earn so much money yet want to snatch over $2 commission with us?
