nowadays MOST ppl talk abt SERVICES.
and is still personal experience.
is happy to be praise,
yet who will remember the "good"?

we always complain about people,
infact i'm ALWAYS the one who does not satisfied.
but i've nv think that i'm also one of them.

mood is one of the factor.
however,
when will we know each and individual is happy?

we will never be happy in what we want.
but should we take things for granted?
or should we accept it in what we have or what we got?

comparing in the 50th century and now.
would your grandparents say hotel service is not good?
and would euu grumble if euu just eat potato porridge?

i do not know.
and i'm trying to think about it.
the more education i get now,
the more unsatisfied i am.
because i'm being taught abt it.
should i make it a point that,
"they had done their best?"
